About Me

This tumblr blog contains, I hope, some of the most tasteful and powerful erotic and bdsm images found on Tumblr along with associated informative posts for those interested in such things. It also reflects my broader interests in history, psychology, anthropology, science fiction, fantasy technology,the future and the human condition.
There are posts which I hope you will find amusing and interesting and things for lovers of coffee, geeks, Second Life, books,writing, nostalgia, and cats. I aim for quality and not quantity and try not to duplicate posts as much as possible. I also avoid following tacky blogs and prefer those who have images I haven't already found.

If you like what you see I suggest exploring the archive or enjoying it post by post through all 30,000 images or so.

Only a few of the posts are mine or things I have assembled, but of course most are taken from the internet or from the wonderful blogs that I follow. This though is my blog and I reserve the right to determine what is under the posts I put up. I try to leave copyright and source credits where appropriate but will not leave up obnoxious statements, in big bold letters, or follow adds or things not in keeping with the tone of my blog, particularly those seeking to make money from tumblr. I spend hours on this and do it for joy not money. I worry about people who want your credit card number or whose blogs cause strange pop ups on my phone or my followers blogs. So I wont follow those.

Should your picture actually be in one of my posts or should you have legal title to one of my images and have an objection to it being posted here and you contact me with evidence of that fact I will remove or alter that post. Otherwise let us not get into a debate about what goes in your blog and what goes in mine.

As to whom I am or what I am does it matter to you? Please do not jump to conclusions about what those labels really mean if you do not know. There is more about that in my tumblr. But those are only labels and I am not the reason you want to explore these pages. I hope you enjoy them. You can also search for topics of interest by using the search option at the top right. I recommend the tags "dragon's rule" , "this day in history' and of course "dom cat" in addition to what takes your fancy, be it "bdsm tools", "SSC" . or "daddy dom" or "spanking" or "star trek".

Next, if I may post the "adult" warning we all seem to post, as if it had some meaning beyond a legal fig leaf. This is an adult sight. Do not look at it in front of your children or where you might be embarrassed if someone saw you liked such kinky things.
Many bloggers will also try to order you, if you are under 18, to go away as if they expected young people would obey such an order. Instead, let me say; if by chance, you are under 18 let me treat you with respect for your intelligence. It is normal to be curious about things. We who are older than you want to protect you from being hurt and so we don't want you exploring some things until you have the wisdom and experience to see things in perspective and make good judgments. It is true that some people never have that ability no matter how old they are. Generally though, young people are less likely to until they are older. So It can be better to wait until you are older to explore some of these things, In any case you need to be careful and make sure nobody is in position to hurt you. You can do stupid things at any age but when you are younger it is easy to get in over your head. Be careful and be patient and if you do get into trouble don't be afraid to seek help from someone you love and respect. That is true for everyone including those who are young. The French don't tell their children to be good. The tell them Soyez-sage. it means be wise. So if you want to look at adult stuff you probably shouldn't, remember don't believe everything you see or read on line. The line between make believe and reality, honesty and lies can be very slim indeed. Not everything is how it appears. Nothing is more important for you than being safe. Protect yourself and your friends. We all have a responsibility to ensure safety of ourselves and those we care for.
